Pamper Products I Love

Originally when I planned this post, it was going to be a chill-out routine. But I anticipated that my post would just turn out pretty much the same as a lot of other bloggers that have posted this before - I couldn't think of anything new to add to it that hadn't already been done! (Don't get me wrong, I love reading those posts, but I didn't want to be a copycat *Meow*) Instead of that, I still fancied the idea of a pamper-related post, so I decided to show you my favourite products that add a little bit of luxury to the evening, and look extremely beautiful on photographs.

P.S. How amazing does Emilia Clarke look on this edition of Vogue?! A complexion like that please and thank you.

The best part of a chill out day for me is the chance to pamper my skin and make it feel a little bit happier than usual. I tend to wear no make-up on lazy days; and I don't just mean I wear less makeup, I literally wander around the place with sparse eyebrows and crazy under-eyes on show (but these bags are Prada so its all fine.)

To treat my skin to something different, I will always turn to the face mask. I went through a craze of picking up the cheap supermarket ones in chocolate flavours, but I realised that they don't seem to do anything positive, so I've been using this ARK 'Age Prepare' Skin purifying mask. It's light and colourless, but it does the trick of making my face feel ultra smooth and soft.

Have you ever wondered why there is a serious lack of nail photos on my blog? *Whispers* it's because my nails and nail beds are absolutely atrocious. I'm a nail biter. There, I said it. It started out as an anxious habit, and now that I don't get as anxious, its stuck with me and I can't seem to escape it. Alas, I have to settle (for now - I will get my act together and grow my fingernails), I stick to painting my toenails and at the moment I'm loving extremely neutral colours. The two absolute faves I've picked out to tell you guys about are 'Honey Hush', a gorgeous beige from Smith & Cult, and Grey Dawn, a brown grey colour from Liz Earle that I have on right now and L.O.V.E. Never trust anyone who says that a brown or grey nail polish is boring.

My last two products are for getting your body in tip-top shape by scrubbing and moisturising it. I never have time to do either of these things, so when I come across a day when I don't have to rush around everywhere and can sit still for more than ten minutes, I reach for my Cowshed 'Gorgeous Cow' Blissful Shower Scrub. My Grandma got all the girls in my family these as a Christmas dinner table-present, and it honestly made me giggle so much that my little sister got 'Wild Cow' compared to mine. This scrub smells amazing!

Obviously I had to include Soap&Glory somewhere in this post, since they are the Queens of pampering - the Righteous Butter is the nicest body butter out there in my opinion, and I've trialled a LOT over the years. Its so fresh and has a lovely consistency, and doesn't make you feel oily or sticky after using it, which is one of my pet hates with body butters.

What do you use when you're have a pamper day?

Boudoir Eyes || TooFaced

Yay for marble backgrounds - they may be cliché, but they make life SO much easier (and prettier.)

For Christmas, I received this gorgeous TooFaced 'Boudoir Eyes' palette from Santa, and last weekend I created an eye look with it for the first time and fell completely in love. I'm in a make-up crazy phase at the moment (as you can probably tell from the huge increase in beauty posts), so I knew I had to post about this palette over here on my blog.

The packaging is pretty much the classiest packaging I've ever seen - even if the eye shadow shade names are no where near as classy ('lap dance'?!) - a baby pink and gold metal case designed to look like a pillow. I guess the whole theme of this palette is seductiveness, but the prude in me will just bypass that and focus on the pigmentation. The only fault I have with this product is a minor one, as I love it when palettes come with a make up brush, like the Naked ones do.

The colour selection is right up my alley: baby pink, champagne, heather grey, a shimmery brown - it literally has all the shades I would wish for in a palette to suit my skin tone. What I love about these eye shadows is the pigmentation, which is such high quality and true to the appearance of the shadow in the tray. I tried to swatch them to show you guys, but I am so bad at getting swatches to look professional! (Any tips???) My favourite shades in the range are 'Satin Sheets' and 'Sugar Walls', the sparkly shades that would look amazing for a night out. 'Garter Belt' is also a really beautiful dark grey that I don't think I've seen as a shadow anywhere before, and although it intimidates me I'm excited to try it out.

When I went out on Saturday night I wanted a dramatic, fancier eye look than I usually go for, and instead of picking up my Naked 1 palette, which has become an extension of my own body I use it that much, I picked up this one. After a couple of false starts due to my lack of expertise, I decided to wear 'Satin Sheets' all over my lid, 'Sugar Walls' towards the outer corner of my eye all the way to the middle of the lid (blend, blend, blend), and 'Voulez-Vouz' on the very outer corner, with a slight wing to guide my cat eye. I then used my favourite Lengthening Eylure falsies to finish the eye look, and went for a slightly bolder lip than usual with a Soft Matte NYX Lip Cream in 'Prague'.

Overall this product gets a solid 9/10 from me - have you ever tried this, or any other TooFaced products out?

Make Up Wishlist #2 || Feel Unique

I don't know how January works for any of you, but for me its spent waiting for my pay check, since there's a FIVE week wait instead of four, and funds are low anyway because, you know, Christmas takes its toll. Since I broke my not-strict-at-all spending ban to purchase some Make Up Revolution goodies, I was planning on hauling them, but due to delays that will have to be next week, and for now - a wishlist! I did one of these back in September, which you can view here, but I've acquired a lot more products on my wishlist since then. All of these items are available at feelunique.com, and the products are all linked so you can find them easily if you wish.

1. Badgal Party Benefit Set
If you saw my recent favourites, then you'll know that I've completely fallen head over heels for Bad Gal Lash by benefit (the volume and length you get from that mascara is UNREAL.) On FeelUnique at the moment they're selling this cute little duo set, where you get a full size mascara, and a mini travel size one to take on a trip with you. The set is such good value for money, and if you have your eye on this product, then I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

2. Urban Decay Naked Lipgloss
I am obsessing over lipglosses lately - the lack of panic about smudging is such a plus, especially if you manage to find a non-sticky gloss. A lot of my friends have tried out the Urban Decay Naked lipglosses and love them, so I'm currently lusting after one for myself. I had my eye on the shade Freestyle, a shimmery golden shade, but that's all sold out now (and there are hardly any left of any colour), so if I had to pick from what they have in stock at the moment, I think I'd go for the shade 'Naked'.

3. NYX Baked Blush in 'Solstice'
To continue my love affair with NYX products, which are so affordable and such good quality, I want to add the NYX Baked Blush to my collection. I haven't worn blush in years to be honest, it's a neglected make up alley of mine, and since I began to discover non-pink blushes I've been tempted to go back to my old ways and start using it again. I prefer quite shimmery blushes to add a touch of highlight, and this NYX one looks absolutely stunning. The shade 'Solstice' is a shimmery golden brown, the shade which I think would suit my go-to make up look the most, as pink blushes make me look so washed out and tired.

4. Topshop Beauty Chameleon Glow Eyeshadow
I saw these eyeshadows on Twitter a few days ago, and I honestly think they might be the prettiest eyeshadows I've ever laid my eyes on. They're shimmery ombre, and although there is only two colour options, I think the ombre effect means the colours would suit every skin tone. I've never purchased from Topshop Beauty before so I can't make claims about the quality - have any of you guys ever bought from this range? It is worth splurging on? Of the two colours I desperately want 'Shuffle the Cards', a gold, brown and red ombre shade which looks beautiful.

5. NYX Concealer Wand
When I find a good concealer, I tend to stick with it for years until I get bored and realise there could be something better out there. At the moment, I'm kind of in this rut, and I feel like this NYX Concealer Wand in the shade 'Porcelain' (pale gal problems) could get me out of it. I love the formula of NYX products, so I might purchase this when my old one runs out, to see how it goes.
If you've tried this product, please comment and tell me what you thought, as I'm so picky when it comes to concealers!

6. Topshop Beauty Lipstick
Lip products are my guilty pleasure, my weakness, my kryptonite. If I featured on some sort of hoarder TV programme, it would be my love of lipsticks and glosses that would land me there. But when you go online, and you see lipsticks in shades like this Topshop lipstick in 'Boardroom', you HAVE to buy it! Gahhh, its so pretty my head hurts. This is by far my favourite item on this list, and I want it so so bad.

What are you wishing for at the moment, and have you tried any of these products out?

Pomegranate Yoghurt Bites || A Pinterest Recipe

Is it just me or are pomegranates extremely photogenic? (Just me, okay.)

I've been making a conscious effort lately to switch out my snacks for healthier, more filling snacks to last throughout the day. Instead of grabbing a bag of crisps I'll reach for cashew nuts, or maybe a third of a wholemeal pitta bread dipped in salsa. I've also been attempting to cook a little bit more, since Uni begins in October and I'm going self catered - last week I made a pesto and ham risotto that surprisingly, tasted pretty good!
Anyway, the point of this ramble is that I've been spending a good proportion of my free time looking at recipes and learning different ways to eat what's right for your body, so I thought I'd blog about a yummy snack recipe I found on Pinterest, originally from Vicky and Ruth's blog.

The basic idea for the recipe is a fun way to sweeten up pomegranate seeds, which on their own, unsweetened, can be quite sour. This recipe is such a cute and easy one, and I think serving up the frozen bites in a fancy bowl would do perfectly for a dinner party, since they are a healthier alternative to ice cream loaded with sugar (this has sugar as well but lets ignore that okay?)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of icing sugar
1 cup of 0% fat greek yoghurt
The pomegranate seeds from half of a pomegranate (or, 1 cup full)

Method:
1. Cover your surface with protection of some kind (I used tea towels), since pomegranate juice does stain!

2. Slice a pomegranate in half and put one half back into the fridge. Begin to pick out the seeds with a cocktail stick, knife, or your fingers, and pour them into a bowl. I'm going to be real with you, this takes a good twenty minutes and is probably the most tedious job in the whole of existence.

3. Wash the seeds in cold water to remove any pith - the fleshy white part of the fruit. Although it wouldn't harm you to eat the pith, it tastes quite bitter and disgusting.

4. Mix the seeds, sugar and yoghurt together until the pomegranate seeds look evenly distributed, and pour into an ice cube tray (I used a heart shaped one because I'm cheesy like that, and it's also the only one in my house.)

5. Freeze your yoghurt bites until properly frozen - I left mine overnight but I think you could leave them for about 3 hours and they'd be done.

6. Enjoy!

It takes a while to prepare, but these treats are so worth it when you snack on them. It isn't right to eliminate all sugar from your diet if you're looking to eat healthier, but incorporating healthy elements such as pomegranate seeds take the guilt away from a treat and actually end up providing you with one of your five a day.

How do you snack healthily?

9 Reasons Why You Should Just Be Yourself

I've been seeing a lot of tips, articles, and youtube videos lately based on becoming someone else - the "how to become Kylie Jenner in two weeks" type of videos. Seen them? Hate them? Me too. We should be spending our time celebrating individuality and embracing differences, instead of covering them up and copying someone else.

Most of the reasons on this list are so obvious, but if you're having one of those self-hater days when you just wish you could click your fingers and become someone else, this post is for you!

1. Most likely, the person you're idolising doesn't have a perfect life.
Especially if you've come across them through social media - when we pick and choose snapshots of our day to upload to the internet, we don't choose the lazy 'I just pigged out on a bucket load of fried rice' snapshots, we choose the pretty ones - its human nature. Never be jealous of a person, be jealous of their insta feed - don't confuse the two.

2. It's tiring!
I remember (everybody gather round, this is an exclusive) when I was fourteen, there was this girl in my year that pretty much every other girl wished that they could be. If she wore something new, all the girls would follow suit and it would soon become a trend. Let me tell you this from observation and experience - imitating someone's lifestyle in preference to your own? So darn tiring. When you're being true to who you are and wearing what you want to wear, its effortless, and that's so attractive in a personality!

3. It's not flattering to be a sheep.
Think of it this way. When it gets out that another blogger has completely copied a post idea or layout theme from another blogger, do they get any credit? Nope - it looks cheap and more often than not, it makes you look a bit fake. Being unique and following your own ambitions can never look cheap, because originality is priceless (shall I start writing cheesy greetings cards yet?)

4. It can mess with relationships.
If you can't be honest with yourself about who you are, then you sure as well can't be honest with anyone else in your life. If you're constantly switching beliefs and ideas, it can be confusing for those around you, and you may put across an untrue version of yourself that doesn't appeal to others and lose out on some of the best relationships of your life. If they don't love you for you, then they aren't worth having!

5. Feeling comfortable in your own skin makes you glow.
I love seeing people happy with who they are! It gives you a new air of confidence and looks (to me anyway), kind of like that scene in a movie where the protagonist is skipping down the street to a feel good tune, oblivious to any haters and completely in a bubble of self appreciation.

6. Loving yourself does NOT make you cocky.
Kind of linking to point number five, I want to point out that accepting yourself does not come across as arrogant or negative. There's a difference between feeling happy in your own skin, and thinking that you're the kind of person everyone else should aspire to be like. Cockiness and confidence are so different its unbelievable. I think people have got it into their head that they should be the kind of person that is described as 'the one who doesn't know how amazing and beautiful she/he is'. You know what? Screw that. You SHOULD know how amazing you are!

*I feel like such a sassy motivator right now, this post is spiralling into ramblings and a feel good factor. I guess it could be worse.*

7. Once you start, everything begins to fall into place.
Often, I think people begin to copy as a bit of a last chance resort, because it doesn't seem to be working out the way it is. The truth though, as I've found it, is that unless you're in an acting profession (obvs), the moment you stick to your guts, stop trying to act like someone else, and put a foot down towards embracing originality, all the other factors start falling into place. A little bit of self love can steer you in the right direction relationships-wise, in your profession, and most importantly, your happiness!

8. You can take inspiration without straying from your roots.
We all take inspiration now and again, whether its in the form of a new blogging angle, a new product, or a new hairstyle. Role models are meant to inspire and shape people in a positive way, and taking elements from others to incorporate into your own life isn't a bad thing - you can stay true to yourself whilst taking tips and tricks to improve areas of your life; it isn't an all or nothing job.

9. Why the heck not?!
You're too good to cast yourself aside, so take life by the hands and swing your life back into the "I am invincible" department. There's no point trying to imitate another life, when you already have one perfectly set out in front of you.

I hope this gave you a virtual sista high five and made you motivated to start tomorrow with a fresh mind set. I hate thinking negatively about myself, but it happens to us all, and sometimes we just need a blog post to remind us how incredible we are.

Have a brilliant day!

Some Mid-January favourites

I know its only the 13th, but after the influx of new products following Christmas, of COURSE I was bound to have some favourites! January may be a drag for a lot of reasons (the nagging feeling to go to the gym that you blatantly ignore, the end of the festivities etc etc etc), but for me one of the best things about it is getting to try out all the gifts you received and finding firm favourites.

The first thing I've been absolutely adoring (not even kidding I won't let it out of my sight), is the Yankee Candle in the scent 'Honey Glow'. Its a sweet, fresh smell, and since I'm rubbish at describing things, I'll just say that it really reminds me of a lovely masculine scent. Like a nice aftershave, you know? I want to live in this Honey Glow existence forever, its the BEST candle I've ever owned.

I also got a set of French Connection lip products in December, and I've been using the push up lipglosses a lot in the past couple of weeks. They remind me of the Stila Lip Glazes, but much less sticky - I got a girly pink and a bright red in the set, but since they're only glosses the actual colour is a little less intense than it looks on the photos. I've never tried anything from this brand before, but its a win in my opinion!

In my Benefit advent calendar last December I got a mini version of the Bad Gal Lash Mascara, and it is by far one of the best mascaras I've ever tried (sorry Maybelline). The wand is so beautiful and dramatic, and it creates this volumised lash look that I've never been able to get before without using some actual falsies. When I'm a little less broke after Amsterdam, I might purchase a large version of this product, because I know it will become a firm favourite in my make up bag. 2016 has barely just begun, but I already know that this little star will be making it into my favourite finds of the year.

I know what your eyes were first drawn to in that photo - the cuties at the top, am I right? These super snuggly polar bear fuzzy socks are from Next, and I'm so attached to these guys! It's the ears, I can't get over them. Everyone needs a good pair of slipper socks in their life, and I'm lucky enough to have found this adorable pair this month.

I may have already mentioned my faux fur obsession on my blog, but if you haven't read that post, then you know, I do love a good faux fur accessory in my collection. I bought these hair ties from New Look and love incorporating them into my hairstyles, particularly high ponytails. You get one heather grey and one baby pink (two of the prettiest colours in my opinion) in the set, and surprisingly, these hair ties go with a whole load of outfit combinations.

My last favourite for this post is this beautiful pair of earrings from Urban Outfitters. I never usually purchase any accessories in UO because of the steep prices, but I couldn't tear myself from this pair of earrings once I'd picked them up. I'm going through a phase at the moment of neglecting my second and third lobe piercings, instead preferring to keep a small stud in my helix and then a statement pair in my first lobe piercing. This turquoise, gold and black marbled pair is right up my alley, and I've worn them almost every single day since I got them a couple of weeks back. Urban Outfitters have some right gems hidden in their jewellery section, let me tell you.

What have you been loving lately?

Blogs to Watch Out For #2

If you've read my post from last year (that's still so weird to say), all about my most popular posts from 2015, you'll know that in the top spot was my post promoting some of my favourite blogs. I'm all about positivity and spreading the blog love lately, so I thought I'd do a follow-up and choose some more blogs, since I'm constantly grabbing a mug of hot chocolate and sitting down to have a major post reading sesh. There are so many amazing bloggers out there, and its hard to know which ones to read, but hopefully this will give you some inspiration!

1. Chapters of Kat (check out her blog here)
Kat's blog has just grown and grown over the past few months - if you want a blog to inspire you to keep at it and up your blogging game, its Kat's! I feel like over the past few months her blog has just improved leaps and bounds and I love her writing and photography style - A+ from me (although to be honest that probably doesn't say much!) Kat is such a lovely online presence and genuinely deserves all the views and followers she gets - please go over to Chapters of Kat and give her a follow, I promise you'll love the posts and come out of her blog feeling motivated to improve your own.

2. Lauren from Minnie Mouse Chic (view it at this link)
I LOVE this fashion blog - Lauren's OOTD concoctions are genius! Even though the fashion side of my own blog has wandered into the background whilst I pursue other blogging goals, I'm still an avid reader of fashion posts, as I like to pinch ideas here and there and incorporate them into my own style - and the outfits on Minnie Mouse Chic (such a cute name omg) never disappoint. In particular I am obsessed with her faux fur jacket, as faux fur is a bit of an obsession of mine at the moment. Even though I've only recently began to read Lauren's posts, I know I'll be reading for a long time when I need some fashion inspo, and you should definitely have a look too!

3. Perks of Being Ami (click here to take you there!)
I love finding younger bloggers with an age closer to mine! I started reading this blog a couple of months ago after a link exchange on a twitter chat (twitter chats are basically the best thing ever am I right), and haven't stopped reading ever since - I adore the layout of her blog! *Quick reminder to myself to tone it down on the exclamation point side of things* I like bloggers that write in such an easy style to read, without mistakes to mentally correct or try to make sense of - and if you're the same I promise you, hand on heart, that this blog is definitely a writing style that will suit you.

4. Alice from Annie Writes Beauty (which you can check out here)
I found this blog back in September when Alice posted about the effect of a Rimmel product on her sister - if you haven't seen that then I don't know where you were in those few days on Twitter in September, I saw the post everywhere and found it such an interesting and shocking read! Anyway, I'm rambling, back to the point. Once I'd read that post I read a few more, and voila! I was hooked. This is an amazing beauty blog, one that I would 100% recommend you check out, because let me tell you, blogging game is strong. If you needed an extra reason to stop by at Annie Writes Beauty, then I'll give you one; Alice is so lovely on social media to everyone, and if there's one thing that makes me click a blog link, its knowing that a blogger is a positive influence on the community!

5. Jasmine from Blogsallbeauty (Hop on over to the blog by clicking this link)
I was going to leave it at four like last time, but I couldn't narrow it down! I feel like Jasmine is the social media queen to be honest - I'm so bad at remembering to tweet, but this blogger keeps so on top of it and I have no idea how she does it. I'm an avid reader of her beauty posts, since at the moment they're my favourite kind, and I love discovering new products to try. This is another blogger who is friendly to everyone on social media - can you see a theme here? Please go check out her blog, she deserves the follows and I know that once you start reading, you'll come away with a shopping list of so many products you want to pick up!

I hope you love these blogs as much as I do! What have you been reading online lately?

Benefit Balms and Tints || First Impressions

Aloha - I hope your New Year has got off to a great start!

I have been absolutely OBSESSING over Benefit products lately, since I had the calendar all through advent and got some goodies in my stocking from Santa (if you want to see what else I got, click right here.) The balms and tints are the products from Benefit that I've been wanting to try for yonks, and luckily between my parents and the boxing day sales I got Benetint, Posietint, Benebalm and Posiebalm. This post is a first impression of sorts, since I haven't used them enough to write a full review!

I'm literally so excited that I finally have these products that I'm struggling to type. Asdfghjkl. Basically the tints work as stains, which you can use on your cheeks or lips, either on their own or to layer up with the tinted lip balms - I personally found that I like to use Benebalm and Benetint on their own, but the Posiebalm and tint work better together (obviously, don't put the lipbalms on your cheeks!)

Benetint is described as a rose coloured tint (a deep red), whereas Posietint is defined as a poppy colour, a cute girly pink. When I saw how pigmented the red stain was, I was a bit terrified as to how bright it was going to be when I put it on my lips, but actually its a toned down red when applied, and looks beautiful! I wore it on NYE, and it went down a treat.

It's super difficult to describe the formula of these products - its safe to say the balms just have a moisturising, glossy texture, but the tints are a bit different. The only way I can think to describe the lip and cheek stains is that it feels like you're painting your lips with water colours, and then as it dries you don't even notice you have a different texture on your lips (but the colour stays on for hours, its a dream.) The brush is high quality and easy to use, and you only need a tiny amount, so the product will last for ages I imagine - and mines only the small size.

Other colours in the collection are ChaChatint, a mango shade, or Lollitint, a 'candy orchid' colour. I actually received a sample version of Lollitint in my Benefit Advent Calendar, and I've fallen in love with the colour! It's a purple/pink lip stain, which sounds pretty bold, but accentuates the naturally lip colour really well and just brings out the colour in your lips. You can shop the collection over at Benefitcosmetics.co.uk, or at feelunique.com, which is where I got my set on Boxing Day.

Have you ever tried this collection?
Stay beautiful!

Blogging Goals 2016

EEP I'm so ready for 2016. So much is planned for this year (University, Amsterdam) and I literally can't wait. On the other side of the life spectrum, I'm hoping for big changes this year blog-wise, and I'm going to write them all down in a list so that I really can't get away with not aspiring to achieve my goals.

1. Buy a domain name
I need to do this, I've been planning on doing it for absolutely AGES. I just feel like it's a lot of faff, but I do genuinely need to bite the bullet now. Once I have it I know I'll love it, it'll just make my blog seem so much more real!

2. Reach 500 followers on Bloglovin'
Oh gosh if I reached this I would be so happy. I know it isn't about followers, but it would be silly of me to not aspire to growing my audience and welcoming more readers to my little corner of the internet. If you want to help me along and make my day (I'm not even kidding, every time I get a follower it leads to an instinctual happy dance) then click this link to go to the follow page.

3. Take part in at least two twitter chats per week
I'm so bad at forgetting to take part! I love chatting to everyone and feeling included in the community, but I always tune in too late. I need to collate a list of all the possible chats and pick a couple every week to participate in (my faves are #bdib and #girlgang, such lovely girls and guys are on those chats.)

4. Keep up my post routine
For a good few months now I've been posting at least twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays, and I want to keep that up, even during my A Level exams and the tough month when I start University. It's going to require a lot of scheduling and planning, but I'm so determined to do it!

5. Attend another event
I went to two in 2015, and I loved them! Obviously this goal is dependent on whether I get invited to any, but I hope that this year I can attend a blogging event and meet lots of other bloggers again. The last ones improved my blogging confidence in leaps and bounds and inspired me to improve the quality of my content.

6. Begin to research monetising possibilities
I'm under no illusion that my blog is at the standard where I deserve to be paid for it - after all its just a hobby. However, I feel like I don't know much about monetising or advertising, so I want to read up and become aware of the varied options there are in the blogging world.

7. Use Tweetdeck more
I know my lack of tweet scheduling can mean that people aren't aware of new posts, which obviously drags down blog success quite a bit. For some reason tweetdeck is a bit strange on my laptop, so I'll have to figure it out and get down to business this year.

8. Don't beat myself up if things don't go to plan
Perfectionist mind set is in my blood, there's nothing I can do about that (thanks Dad.) If I ever have a week where I just can't get it right and fail to post, I get so down - which is just silly, because no one minds if you take a week off to refresh your outlook on everything. I need to remember that my blogging routine is not the be-all-and-end-all of my life, and it would be much better to take an extra week to work on a post, than to publish something that I'm not proud of.

9. Find more interesting backgrounds for my OOTDs
I feel like I only have a couple of options when it comes to taking OOTDs, so I want to branch out and find other areas, maybe even if they have to be...wait for it.. in public *shudders*.

10. Keep organised
For someone that lives for organisation and writing stuff down, I really don't plan my blog posts in the way that I should. I got a BloggersPlanner for Christmas so I'll have to work on using that - especially because its so darn pretty and has been on my wishlist for ages.

What are your goals for 2016? (it doesn't have to be blogging related)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
